The Heat Wave Sweet Rave is all about celebrating the spirit of the summer: spending time outside, eating barbecue and ice cream, competitions and games, challenges and camaraderie. Think of it as part summer camp, part Olympics, all ballpit.

This year, the eleventh annual Heat Wave Sweet Rave will be on July 1st in Silver Spring, MD - just outside our nation's capital. Here is the official proclamation from the Riley Brothers' Parties Office of Cultural Exchange:

Come one, come all to the gathering of nations known as The Eleventh Hour! This cultural exposition is an opportunity for celebration and community building. We’ll be sharing food and drink while also enjoying a variety of games. The nation-states represented at this gathering are:
 

• Bumbo (lead delegate: James Riley)

• West Cherinport (lead delegate: Paul Riley)

• Zorch (lead delegates: Jamie Hennick and Jackie Riley)

We’ll be gathering around 3:00pm. Festivities will conclude around 11:00pm. More details and a schedule to come!

Please note: the party is a 15 minute walk from the Red Line Silver Spring metro station, and there is ample parking at the apartment complex!
